LITREVO stores account, workspace, contact, conversation and usage information required to operate the service. Each business is responsible for the customer data it imports or receives through connected channels.

Data protection

Credentials such as WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted at application level. Production deployments should also use HTTPS, restricted database access, backups, monitoring and retention policies.

Customer communications

Businesses must obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications and must comply with applicable law and platform policies.
